Use Frontline only within its approved boundary.
Effective August 31, 2026. These interim terms govern invited testing of the Frontline Access Hub pilot.
Allowed use
Invited testers may use Frontline to organize and launch administrator-approved destinations for evaluation. Access is personal, revocable, organization-scoped, and subject to the organization's own policies.
Prohibited use
- Do not enter or upload patient, clinical, dispatch, criminal-justice, payroll, email, credential, or other sensitive source-system content.
- Do not share accounts, defeat access controls, probe another organization, automate abusive traffic, or add an unapproved destination.
- Do not represent the pilot as certified, production-approved, affiliated with a displayed organization, or endorsed by a vendor without written authorization.
External systems
Frontline launches independent third-party services. Their availability, security, authentication, content, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. Frontline does not warrant or monitor them.
Pilot availability and changes
The pilot may change, pause, or end without a production service-level commitment. Accounts or destinations may be suspended to protect users, organizations, the service, or legal rights.
No warranty; limited pilot scope
The pilot is provided for evaluation on an as-available basis, to the extent permitted by law. It is not approved for emergency reliance, patient care, dispatch, evidentiary use, or any workflow in which failure could cause harm.
